One to One Private Sessions

Individual and small group sessions are available. One to one sessions are ideal to work on rehabilation following injury or back or other joint problems. Equally, one to one sessions can be a great way to focus on technique and improve fitness.

One to one sessions are available at Woodlands Medical Centre in Didcot on Wednesdays.
